Food.

We had to shift our room twice as the rooms were not up to our expectations.

Very Nice Place, quiet and Peaceful Place, the food was very nice and what ever we requested the kitchen prepared it for us, nice pool, the staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the stay, and we are planning to return in July and plan to stay at the same hotel,

I liked that it was close to the airport and a convenient location. Staff was friendly.

It felt dirty, way too overpriced for what it offers, breakfast was really bad.

Couldn't lock the room door as it was broken,. Wash basin in Bathroom was with mold & to be fixed,. Happy hour was mentioned but not written what it's included even the waiter wasn't known exactly,. Somehow we didn't get any discount either for cocktail or bites.Balcony was spacious, but railings were rusted & chairs were dirty

Great location for airport.

Most of breakfast had gone by the time we got there (7.30am as early flight). No proper coffee, watery porridge. Be careful of pool channel covered in plastic - my wife put her foot right through it and it shattered (plastic pieces which should have an adjoining bar to prevent this. Seemed to be happening regularly. Fortunately she could have cut her feet and spoilt the rest of our holiday - just luck that it didn’t.

Close to the airport

Very dated appearance, furniture was dirty, air conditioning was poor and lots of mosquitoes, they didn’t seem to be aware of booking despite a message acknowledging my booking by the front desk manager

A month ago I had booked a room in advance, but when I went there, they gave the room to someone else and offered me a different room instead, which was not as good. Later, around 8:30, they gave me another room, but I had already paid for the original room, not the new one. The new room wasn't what I was expecting either. This was a mistake on their part.

Pleasant helpful staff. Nice pool.

My shower was a bit strange. In a hot tub. Hard to stand up!

Close to the airport

A lot of noise from restaurant and loud guests.Leakage in bathroom

Got only chinese breakfast.

The wash rooms were designed only for waterless usage. That was a major drawback.

Good location, close to the airport. The hotel is an off-street building with a nice courtyard, built in a traditional tropical oriental style. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a good pool, my room was clean and the price/quality ratio was good. If you want to stay close to the airport and rest well, in particular after arrival or before departure, this hotel is for you.

In my room there was a jacuzzi bath but did not work and the hot water was not warm enough for me. The room was clean, but the wallpapers needed replacement or repainting.

I booked a room with 1 double and 1 singleThey try to trick us by giving 3 single bedWe have to argue with them That was the wrong roomSwimming pool is not clean too

it’s ok

the room given to us was moldy and smelly.. after we complained about it they came with a air freshener bottle which didn’t solve the problem and at last they gave us a new room.

you're staying for a short layover or a longer trip, Full Moon Garden provides excellent service and convenience. Highly recommended!
